TRAK, briefly, is a new Emergency Clothing Popup Shop/Support service, which comes on emergency calls with the push of a button and immediately replaces the stained/ripped piece of your daily fashion with a new fix.
This is before the launch, just to see how the service goes even on WhatsApp, as a guerrilla campaign, at the 2015 Crystal Apple Creativity Festival. The whole 3 day operation was both challenging and fun. Among the many that reached us during the event, 42 had their special line of clothing as gifts from the brand and went back as happy festival visitors and hopefully, future customers.
